There’s nothing quite like an elegant San Francisco wedding at the historic Bently Reserve. The building itself is a dramatic event venue with many versatile spaces including the Banking Hall, the mezzanine level, an outdoor balcony and let’s not overlook the dramatic marble steps leading up to the pillared doorway, perfectly suited for a dramatic red carpet entrance (this one by Classic Party Rentals). This is San Francisco elegance at its finest.
Lindsey and Jake’s wedding was perfectly suited to the Bently Reserve. The design and decor was elegant, timeless and refined, yet with a modern sense of styling reflecting the couple’s lifestyle. Morgan Events and team worked with Lindsey and Jake to create their perfect wedding style. Purple, the bride’s favorite color, determined the overall color palette- from invitations to bouquets, bridesmaid gowns, florals and table linens. Michael Daigian Design incorporated a wide variety of flowers in shades of purple to adorn the tables, including hydrangeas, roses, dahlias, orchids, peonies, anenomes, ranunculas and tulips.
Since the couple resides in Washington D.C., they wanted to bring elements of home to their San Francisco destination wedding. The table names represented the Metro train lines in D.C. while the wine bottle guest favors featured an image of the Capitol Building. Componere Fine Catering served up delectable dishes while Best Beverage Catering managed the bar service. The wedding cake created by Sweet on Cake featured an intricate lace pattern design with a variety of edible purple flowers between layers.
Thank you Lindsey and Jake for letting me be a part of your special day!
